Every Great Market Starts With One Question. Panta Lets Anyone Ask It.
Every financial market begins with a question.
Will a company's stock rise?
Will inflation fall?
Will Bitcoin reach a new all-time high?
Prediction markets take that same idea and turn it into something anyone can participate in. People trade on what they believe will happen, and as more participants join, prices begin reflecting collective expectations.
The challenge has always been deciding which questions deserve a market.
Panta takes a different approach.
Instead of asking permission, anyone can create a market.
A Market Can Be About Almost Anything
Panta is built on Solana and allows users to create what it calls PantaMarkets.
A market starts with a simple, publicly verifiable YES or NO question.
It could be about cryptocurrency, sports, technology, business, politics or any real-world event that can be clearly resolved.
Rather than waiting for a platform to approve an idea, creators can launch markets themselves and let the community decide whether they're worth participating in.
Every Market Has Two Lives
One of the most interesting parts of Panta isn't what markets are about.
It's how they evolve.
Every regular market begins in the Primary Market.
During this phase, traders buy newly created YES or NO shares directly from the protocol. Prices change as demand changes, but nobody can sell their shares yet. The goal is to build enough participation for the market to stand on its own.
If the market reaches the required conditions, it graduates.
That's when the second stage begins.
From Shared Belief to Open Trading
After graduation, no new shares are created.
Instead, trading becomes peer-to-peer through a Central Limit Order Book (CLOB).
At this point, traders can buy existing shares from other users, sell before the event happens, or continue holding until the market resolves.
Rather than remaining tied to the protocol forever, successful markets become fully tradable between participants.
Creators Don't Just Create. They Earn.
Panta gives creators a reason to build markets people actually care about.
If a market graduates, its creator earns 20% of the protocol's trading fees generated by that market.
The more active the market becomes, the more creator royalties can accumulate over time.
That creates an incentive not only to launch good markets but also to promote them and encourage participation from the community.
Traders Win by Being Right
Trading on Panta is simple.
Participants choose either YES or NO based on what they believe will happen.
When the market resolves, the losing side's liquidity is distributed among the winning shares using Panta's pari-mutuel payout model.
Because payouts depend on how liquidity is distributed across the market, winnings are not fixed in advance. They are determined by the final outcome and the number of winning shares.
AI Helps Resolve Markets
Once an event has concluded, Panta's AI resolution agent determines whether the correct outcome is YES or NO and records the result on-chain.
That isn't the final step, however.
A one-hour dispute window allows traders who hold shares in the market to challenge the result by posting a bond. If a dispute is raised, the Panta team investigates the outcome using publicly verifiable sources before making a final decision.
This combines automated resolution with human oversight when necessary.
Permissionless Doesn't Mean Careless
Not every market reaches the secondary trading stage.
Regular markets must satisfy graduation requirements before advancing. If they don't, they never move into peer-to-peer trading, and the contributed liquidity is transferred to the Panta Ecosystem Liquidity Pool, as described in the platform's documentation.
The system is designed to encourage markets that attract genuine participation rather than simply rewarding market creation alone.
A Different Vision for Market Creation
Most platforms decide which markets deserve attention.
Panta shifts that decision to the community.
If enough people believe a question matters, they can create a market, participate in it and allow collective conviction to determine its value.
Instead of limiting markets to the biggest headlines, Panta opens the door to thousands of niche ideas that might never have existed under a permission-based system.
Sometimes, all a market needs is one good question.
