Hyperliquid has spent years building one of crypto's biggest derivatives markets outside the United States. Now, it may finally have a way in. Hyperliquid Labs is reportedly in advanced talks with Payward, the parent company of Kraken , to bring selected Hyperliquid perpetual futures to U.S. traders through Bitnomial , Payward's CFTC-regulated derivatives exchange. Payward has already presented the proposed structure to the CFTC, although approval is still pending. This wouldn't mean Americans suddenly get direct access to Hyperliquid. Instead, Bitnomial would provide the regulated U.S. infrastructure while connecting traders to a limited selection of markets linked to Hyperliquid. That's an important distinction.
