Why Bitcoin Can Come Under Pressure When the Fed raises interest rates, borrowing becomes more expensive and liquidity can tighten across financial markets. Higher Treasury yields can give investors more incentive to hold relatively safer dollar-denominated assets rather than volatile assets such as Bitcoin.
